Kris Musselman, Fitness Director
Kris has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. He has trained all
fitness levels/demographics including professional and collegiate athletes. Kris
is a certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutrition Specialist. He is CPR/First
Aid/AED certified. He is Master Trainer for WTS. Kris also serves at the Fitness
Director here in Kingstowne. Kris understands the importance of a balanced
workout combining both strength and cardiovascular training. He specializes in
sports specific, and functional training.
Angie Trinka
Angie is a certified personal trainer, who is a Master Trainer for WTS. Angie
helps her clients reach their goals through teaching the importance of weight
training and cardiovascular exercise. She is extremely motivating and determined
to help her clients reach their goals!
Debbie Egloff
Debbie has been interested in athletics and fitness her entire life. She has
experience as an all conference sprinter in college and completed Army airborne
training shortly after graduation. While serving in the U.S. Army Debbie has
represented her unit in several fitness competitions. Debbie has taught aerobics
and has sport specific knowledge in track and field, road racing, golf, and
tennis. Debbie has an Associates degree in Exercise Science and is a certified
Personal Trainer through Montgomery College. She is an ACSM Certified Health
Fitness Specialist and an NSPA certified Personal Trainer. She is also certified
through the Emergency Care and Safety Institute in CPR/First Aid/AED.
Ulysses Thomas
Ulysses is a certified personal trainer through the National Aerobics Fitness
Trainer Association (NAFTA). He is also a Master Trainer in the U.S. Army and
Adult CPR/First Aid Certified. Ulysses has a passion for fitness and is able to
help is client reach their goals through coaching, motivation, and friendly
support.
Rebekah Fedrowitz
Rebekah is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise
(ACE). Rebekah believes that fitness is for everyone. She works with her clients
to develop the best program for their needs.
Rich Guzman
Rich is a certified personal trainer with several years of experience. Rich is a
friendly, supportive trainer that will help you every step of the way.
LaRue Cook
LaRue is a certified personal trainer and nationally recognized sports
conditioning and general fitness expert with over 15 years of training
experience. He has 20+ years in competitive sports, in 2005 LaRue was selected
to the first National Board of Fitness Examiners, one of only two personal
trainers in the U.S. selected.

Fit Teens
If you or your child is between the ages of 13 and 16 years old and would
like to exercise in the fitness centers unaccompanied, you may participate in
our Fit Teens program. Sessions with a personal trainer will teach you or your
child about proper gym etiquette and fitness. Please call the fitness centers
