South Center

The South Center at 6080 Kingstowne Village Parkway accommodates events of up to 60 persons, and has the following facilities and equipment::

• $300 security deposit, refundable if there is no damage done to the center or its equipment
   

• $85 cleaning fee, non-refundable, for cleaning of the center before and after the event.
   

• $75 per hour rental charge ($30 if vacated by 3:00 p.m., otherwise $75 per hour for the entire length of the event, including the hours before 3:00 p.m.)
   

• 4-hour minimum/8-hour maximum
