Kingstowne publishes a newsletter each month called the Kingstonian, mailed to all community residents, as well as to non-resident owners. If you are a Kingstowne resident or owner, and are not currently receiving the newsletter in the mail, please call the Business Office at 922-9477. If you are not a Kingstowne resident or owner, but would still like a copy of the Kingstonian, please stop by the Kingstowne Business Office to pick one up.
The Kingstonian also contains advertisements. If you would like to place a business print ad in the newsletter, please contact the publisher, Fran Poling of Marlborough Publishing, for prices and information at (301)855-9650 or MarlbPub@comcast.net.
You can also advertise in the Kingstonian with a classified ad. Classified ads are $3.50 for 25 words or less, and $0.25 for each additional word thereafter. Lost and Found ads are free for Kingstowne residents. Ads must be printed or typed, accompanied by a check payable to: Marlborough Publishing, and mailed or brought to the Kingstowne Business Office, 6090 Kingstowne Village Parkway, Kingstowne, VA 22315, by the 7th of the month prior to the month you want your ad to run. You can also submit you ad to Marlborough Publishing, P.O. Box 448, Prince Frederick, MD 20678-0448. In either case, checks must be made payable to: Marlborough Publishing.
If you would like to submit an article for publication in the Kingstonian, you can mail or fax your submission to the Business Office or email it to editor@kingstowne.org.
The deadline for all submissions of all Kingstonian content to the Business Office is the 7th of the month prior to publication (e.g. April 7 is the May deadline, May 7 is June deadline, etc.). All Submissions will be reviewed for compliance with the Kingstonian Editorial Guidelines, and Kingstowne Residential Owners Corporation reserves the right to refuse publication of any submission.
