All Group Exercise Classes are held at the South Center Aerobics Room.
For unlimited group exercise participation, Purchase your monthly fitness passport today at the fitness centers! $45/per month if purchased after the 15th of the prior month or for the current month. $40 early-bird registration before the 15thof the prior month. Drop-In passes are $10/per class.

All classes are suitable for Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced participants.
Body Sculpt - Work your way to a strong body and tight physique! This class is designed to strengthen and tone all your major muscle groups. Free weights and body weight exercises will be used to help improve strength for everyday life!
Boot Camp - Get ready for the ultimate full body workout! This military- based class was created to get all participants into Beach Body shape. Each class includes high-energy aerobic, resistive, and toning exercises!
Butts & Guts - Would you like to lift and tighten your buns, flatten your belly all without a girdle? Then you don’t want to miss out on this class!
Pilates I- Participants will learn the basic Pilates fundamentals as designed and developed by Joe Pilates. The instructor will slowly increase the flow and speed of the class while building on the Basics to enable participants to move to the next level. Participants will begin with an overview of the Pilates principles, breathing (extension and flexion), Neutral pelvis, spine, and shoulder girdle, and the focus on Beginner Core Basics (BCB). BCB include exercises such as : The 100, Rollup, Leg Circles, Spine Stretch, Saw, Rolling like a Ball, etc… As the class becomes comfortable with the routine more exercises will be added.
Step Aerobics- Grab a step and get moving! This is a traditional step class done with choreography created to work every part of your body while making you self-confident and fit.
Step & Sculpt - Are you a fan of Step classes? If so join this easy to follow, yet very effective step routine followed by an upper and lower body sculpting workout.
Tone & Flex- Strengthen and lengthen your muscles. This class will mix up strengthening and stretching exercises. It’s the best workout for a toned, lean body!
Yoga - This 60-minute class is designed to increase flexibility and learn stress-reducing techniques. Class includes strengthening and stretching postures, breathing exercises, and deep relaxation. Discover tranquility while listening to soothing music.
