Kick Plate Standard Application Information
Kick plates are permitted provided they are attached to the exterior bottom portion of the front entrance door.
Kick plates may not exceed 12 inches in height, measuring from the very bottom of the door and must be of brass.
Any other style and or size kick plate must be reviewed by the full Architectural Review Committee.
