New to Kingstowne or lost your facilities pass?
If you don't have a facilities pass or if you misplaced it, here is what you
need to do in order to get one.
New Residents
New residents must bring a copy of the settlement papers,
called HUD1, (if you recently bought your home) or current lease papers (if you
are renting) and a photo ID to the business office during business hours.
Kingstowne checks the papers against the county records, although it may take
awhile before the county records are updated. The papers are necessary to
make sure you are the new owner or renter of your home. The photo ID
verifies your identity.
If your name is not on the settlement papers but you live at your
residence, you will need written permission from a person whose name appears on
the settlement papers, or that person can accompany you to the business office in order to
get your pass. Please bring a photo ID.
If your name is not on the lease papers, the primary
lessee(s) must contact the leaser and arrange to have your name included in
the lease. Only those whose names are on the lease are permitted a
facilities pass.
If you are a non-resident homeowner renting your property, you
must relinquish your facilities privileges to the renters in order for them to
use the Kingstowne facilities. If you wish to retain your facilities privileges,
renters may not use the facilities. Also, please provide your address and phone number to the business office in case you need to be
contacted.
All residents age one and over must have a facilities pass,
and those who are
age 12 and over must have their photo taken.
Remember, you'll need to bring a valid facilities pass to use the fitness
centers and the pools. Those who do not have a facilities pass present will be
turned away.
Guest passes are also available.

Current Residents
For those who have already purchased a home and have lived in
Kingstowne for at least three months, bring a photo ID containing your
Kingstowne address.
If you have been renting and are renewing your lease, let
the business office know so that your facilities pass will remain valid.
The first facilities pass issued to you is free. If your
old pass was a photo ID card and you wish to replace it with the new keychain
pass, bring the old pass to the business office for a free replacement.
Otherwise, all replacement passes are $5.
All residents age one and over must have a facilities pass,
and those who are
age 12 and over must have their photo taken.
The old facilities pass (photo ID card) had a renewal system
where you would need to come to the business office and get a sticker for the
new year. That renewal system has been eliminated. Facilities passes
stay valid as long as you live in the home you purchased, or as long as your
lease is current.
Remember, you'll need a facilities pass to use the fitness
centers and the pools. Those who do not have a facilities pass will be
turned away.
