BOT & NAB Information
How KROC is governed
KROC is governed through a well-defined network of volunteer leaders that provide a platform by which each resident may communicate to the Board of Trustees and vice versa. This network ensures that homeowners have input to decisions on behalf of the Board. At this time residents from the 44 neighborhoods represent their respective Neighborhoods. These NAB representatives help to link the residents of each neighborhood not only to each other but also with the Board of Trustees. Currently, most neighborhoods are represented by at least one or more NAB representatives. The Board is pleased with their accomplishment during the past and the possibility of the things to come in the next year.
The Board of Trustees (BOT) and Neighborhood Advisory Board (NAB) Representatives
The KROC Board of Trustees members consists of a seven-member panel. Each Board trustee serves in alternating, three-year terms.
NAB representatives serve one-year terms and each board consists of 1-7 members. This seven-person Board is responsible for establishing policies and carrying out the Business of KROC, by keeping the lines of communication and information available from the neighborhood level to the Board
