Architectural and Design Review Guidelines
These guidelines refer to townhouses and single-family homes.
For condos, please refer to the condominium's management company for its architectural guidelines.

Essentially, all changes, permanent or temporary, to the exterior appearance of a dwelling unit or lot are subject to review and approval by the Architectural Review Committee. The review process is not limited to major additions or alterations, such as adding a room, deck, or patio. It also includes items such as changes in color and materials. Approval is also required when an existing item is to be removed. There are a number of exceptions to this otherwise inclusive review requirement.
