The Thompson Center at 6090 Kingstowne Village Parkway offers an elegant venue with a ballroom, fireside room and sunroom. It is a great location for dancing and dining for up to 75 guests or meetings with theatre seating up to 90 guests. The facility also has the following amenities:

The Thompson Center has several set-up options that can accommodate up to 90 people.

Only Kingstowne homeowner's or their tenant's are allowed to reserve the centers.

$800 security deposit, refundable if there is no damage done to the center or its equipment and if all rules of the contract are adhered to

$200 cleaning fee, non-refundable, for cleaning of the center before and after the event

$175 per hour rental charge

4-hour minimum/8-hour maximum
