THE MISSION

The mission of the Xceed Teen Personal Training Program is to educate and motivate teens; ages 13-16 that want to utilize the fitness center without their parent or guardian present in order to achieve their fitness goals through either personalized instruction and guidance designed to enhance results and provide improved quality of life or individually on their own. 

 

The Xceed Teen foundations program will be required before being able to utilize the fitness center or personal training programs.

 

The major components that you will learn are:

-          How to set up a program (reps, sets, what is safe, etc).

-          How to safely perform the selected xercises.

-          Weight room safety and etiquette.

 

Once you have gone through the Xceed Teen program and have been evaluated by the Trainer, you will be able to partake in Personal training programs and utilize the Fitness Center.

 

As a reminder, priviledges will be immediately revoked if: 

1)     They fail to obey all fitness center rules, or

2)     They are observed in the center behaving in an inappropriate manner and socializing in lieu of xercising.

PROGRAM FORMATS

Since everyone has unique goals, we offer a variety of program formats to meet your needs. The following formats are available:

 

XTREME Private One-on-One Training (1 Hour)

This is the traditional full hour of individualized personal training during each session.

 

XPRESS One-on-One (1/2 Hour)

This program is designed for those individuals that are looking for an intense workout of shorter duration. The perfect fit for anyone with a tight schedule and a desire for a concentrated workout.

 

Peer Training (1 Hour — 2 People)

Are you looking for the opportunity to train with a friend? Partner training has been proven to increase commitment to a fitness regimen.

 


Teen Tune Up Program and Certification

 

A required program and certification needed for individuals; ages 13-16 in order for use of the fitness center and personal training programs.

 

The course is set up to ensure you are safely utilizing the facility and equipment.

 

 

Teen XCHANGE Foundations Program

 

An introduction to your personal fitness program.  Xceed Foundations™ is designed for individuals or groups (maximum of 3) looking to start an xercise program.

 

·         2 sessions with a certified personal trainer

·         A full fitness assessment

·         An introduction to the proper form and use of the equipment

·         A 1/2 hour training session

·         A results based training consultation

·         A certificate for a discounted personal training package upon completion of the program
