The Sout Center at 6080 Kingstowne Village Parkway accommodates events of up to 60 persons, and has the following facilities and equipment::

5 - 72" x 36" rectangular tables
58 folding chairs
4 - 36" x 36" wicker tables
16 wicker chairs
Full kitchen with sink, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
Large screen television with cable and VCR.
Large deck.
Men's and Women's restrooms.
Coat Room.
Set-up Options
The South Center has several set-up options that can accommodate up to 60 people.
SOUTH CENTER
(60 person capacity) -
Only Kingstowne homeowner's or their tenant's are allowed to reserve the centers.
$300 security deposit, refundable if there is no damage done to the center or its equipment
$85 cleaning fee, non-refundable, for cleaning of the center before and after the event
$75 per hour rental charge ($30 if vacated by 3:00 p.m., otherwise $75 per hour for entire length of event including the hours before 3:00 p.m.)
4-hour minimum/8-hour maximum
