The South Center at 6080 Kingstowne Village Parkway accommodates events of up to 60 guests, and has the following facilities and equipment::
7 - 36"x 36" card tables
8 - 72" x 36" rectangular tables
60 folding chairs
Full kitchen with sink, refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave
Large deck
Men's and Women's restrooms
Coat Room

$500 security deposit, refundable if there is no damage done to the center or its equipment and if all rules of the contract are adhered to

$100 cleaning fee, non-refundable, for cleaning of the center before and after the event

$125 per hour rental charge ($50 if vacated by 3:00 p.m., otherwise $125 per hour for entire length of event including the hours before 3:00 p.m.)

4-hour minimum/8-hour maximum

Only Kingstowne residents or their tenant's may reserve the center
