The Snyder Center at 6450 South Van Dorn Street accommodates events of up to 150 guests, and has the following facilities and equipment::

• 4,200 square feet including ballroom and deck
• 72" Round tables (25)
• 96" Rectangular tables (10)
• 150 Folding chairs
• Full Kitchen including: commercial size sink, 2 refrigerators, 1 stove, 2 ovens, 1 microwave and 1 dishwasher
• Lighted stationary tree plants
• Men's and women's restrooms
• Coat Room
• Separate catering entrance

The Snyder Center has several set-up options that can accommodate up to 150 guests.

• Only Kingstowne homeowner's or their tenant's are allowed to reserve the centers
  

• $800 security deposit, refundable if there is no damage done to the center or its equipment and if all rules of the contract are adhered to
  

• $200 cleaning fee, non-refundable, for cleaning of the center before and after the event
  

• $175 per hour rental charge

• 4-hour minimum/8-hour maximum
