Renting in Kingstowne

Here are some important facts that all residents of Kingstowne must know.

Want to use the pools and fitness centers? Every resident age one and older must have a facilities pass in order to use the pools, tennis courts, and fitness centers.  If you are renting a property belonging to a homeowner, the homeowner must relinquish his/her own rights to use any of the facilities and pass it on to the renter.

To obtain a facilities pass bring a copy of your current lease and photo ID to the KROC Business Office located on the 2nd floor of the Thompson Center at 6090 Kingstowne Village Parkway.  The office is open Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:30pm with extended hours on Wednesday evenings until 8pm.  Facilities passes will only be issued to residents named on the lease.  Passes will automatically be cancelled at the end of the lease term.  A new lease must be presented to the office to update the passes.

After getting a facilities pass but before using the facilities, it is important to know the rules of the pool, tennis courts, and fitness centers. Click on the following links to read the rules.
