Renting in Kingstowne?

Here are some important facts that all residents of Kingstowne must know.

• Want to use the pools and fitness centers? Every resident age one and older must have a facilities pass in order to use the pools, tennis courts, and fitness centers.  If you are renting a property belonging to a homeowner, the homeowner must relinquish his/her own rights to use any of the facilities and pass it on to the renter.  Click here for more information on obtaining a facilities pass.

Kingstowne residents are also permitted bring guests to use the pools and fitness centers as long as each guest has a guest pass and as long as the resident accompanies the guest(s). Limit four (4) guests per resident 16 years of age and older.  Guest passes for the pools can be purchased at the business office (cash or checks) or the pools (checks only), and guest passes for the fitness centers can be purchased at the fitness centers (checks only).  Click on the following links for more information on guest passes.

• Have an event, but need a place to rent? Residents of Kingstowne have the exclusive right to rent the community centers for parties, gatherings, and just about any kind of non-profit event. Please check our Community Center Rentals page for more information, such as price and size.
• Various neighborhoods in Kingstowne have parking plans in place. To find out if your neighborhood has a parking plan, click here. The policy for parking in general can be found here.
• Don't know when to take the trash out, or even who the trash service is? Click here to find out.
