Finding adequate parking is a challenge throughout the Washington D.C. region. The same is true for residents within the KROC community. Most neighborhoods were designed and built with a parking ratio of 1.5 or less parking spaces per household. That has been the standard requirement of Fairfax County for many years.
Several neighborhoods in the KROC community have taken steps to regulate parking by establishing a parking plan that specifies assigned parking spaces for owners and/or designates guest parking spaces. These plans are established through the requirements of Kingstowne's Policy Resolution #12.
Following is a list of KROC neighborhoods that have approved parking plans. These individual plans can be accessed by clicking on the neighborhood name. Note: Adobe Reader is required in order to access this information. If you do not have Adobe Reader installed on your computer and would like to add it, click here to download the program at no cost.
If you don't see your neighborhood listed below, there is no parking plan. For further information, please contact the business office.
