REMINDER TO PARENTS OF LITTLE SWIMMERS:
Do not let your child eat at least 30 minutes prior to swimming. Do not let your child swallow the pool water - ingesting a small amount may cause nausea. Babies/Toddlers must wear rubber pants over a disposable diaper or a swim diaper.
Kingstowne has two outdoor pools, one at its Snyder Community Center at 6450 South Van Dorn Street, and the other at its South Community Center at 6080 Kingstowne Village Parkway.
Each has a diving area, designated lap lane and a separate wading pool.
When do the pools open?
Memorial Day weekend - Labor Day weekend. 
What hours are the pools open?
Hours through the last day of public school:
Monday - Friday 12noon - 9:00pm Weekends & Holidays 10:00am - 9:00pm
Hours after the last day of public school through Labor Day:
Everyday 10:00am - 9:00pm
Who can go to the pools?
All Kingstowne residents that hold a facilities pass and whose assessment account is not delinquent may enjoy either pool.
How old does my child need to be to have a facilities pass?
All children 1 year old and older require a facilities pass to enter the pool. If your child is 12 years old or older, then he/she needs to come into the business office to get a photo taken for their pass.
How much does a guest pass cost and where do I purchase one?
Three complimentary guest passes will be given to each household in Kingstowne. Residents must retrieve the complimentary passes from the business office ONLY located on the 2nd floor of the Thompson Center, 6090 Kingstowne Village Parkway. No complimentary passes will be issued at the pools. Three complimentary passes PER HOUSEHOLD.
You can purchase guest passes at both pools BY CHECK ONLY. Guest passes can also be purchased at the KROC Business Office during normal business hours, Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm and Wednesday from 9:00am - 8:00pm. The Business Office accepts CHECKS and CASH as form of payment.
A guest pass costs $5.00 each or $4 each for 2 or more. They have no expiration date.
I just bought my home in Kingstowne, what do I need to bring to obtain my facilities pass?
Bring your HUD1 Settlement paperwork and photo ID to the Business Office to obtain your facilities pass.
Homeowners will need to authorize other residents of the household to receive passes. This can be done in person or in writing.
I rent my home in Kingstowne, what do I need to bring to obtain/renew my facilities pass?
Bring your current lease and photo ID to the Business Office to obtain/renew your facilities pass.
Facility passes will only be issued to residents named on the lease. Passes will automatically be cancelled at the end of the lease term. A new lease must be presented at the business office to update the passes.
