All Group Exercise Classes are offered as 8-week sessions. One time drop in rates are available. Late registration is available; please contact a Fitness Center Manager for details.

BodySculpt
Work your way to a strong body and tight physique! This class is designed to strengthen and tone all your major muscle groups. Free weights and body weight exercises are used to improve strength for everyday life!
Core Values
This 30 minute class works all the muscles of the abdominals and back.
Zumba
A Latin influenced dance style class that combines high energy moves and dance combinations that are designed to make your workout fun and leave you feeling great!
KickBoxing
Join us for this High Intensity Cardio workout that is both challenging and fun! This class combines a variety of kicks and punches that work every muscle and will really increase your cardio endurance. KickBox Express is an intense and condensed 45 minute version of the same class.
Boot Camp
Early morning workout led by a very motivating instructor! Get back to basics with this vigorous outdoor class!
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic form of hatha yoga that uses movement and breathing together to flow between the yoga postures. This class blends strength with flexibility, balance, endurance and focus. All levels are welcome – the instructor will cue modifications as well as more challenging pose variations. You’ll leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated!
Happy Hour Yoga
A general hatha yoga class that focuses on strengthening and stretching postures, breathing exercises, flowing sequences and deep relaxation. While this class is ideal for beginners, advanced options will also be given for those who want to take it to the next level.
Pilates
The Pilates Mat class develops core abdominal strength and good posture. Flowing movements and breathing are used to promote good health, vitality and stamina. Good for every fitness level.
Group Exercise Rules and Guidelines
· All Classes are held at the South Center Aerobics studio.
· Registration will be held at the fitness centers. No registrations or money will be accepted by the instructor at the aerobics room.
· The registration deadline will end one week before a new session begins.
· All participants are strongly encouraged to register by the deadline.
· Late Fees apply for registration after the deadline. Not all classes are guaranteed if registering late.
· All classes must reach a 8 person class minimum to be held.
· If the session you registered for does not reach class minimum you will be notified of the class cancellation and returned your payment.
· There will be no credits, refunds, class transfers, or prorated offers to residents in the event they are unable to attend a scheduled class.
· If an instructor is out sick or cannot teach they will either find a sub or the instructor will need to reschedule a make up date for class.
