KROC BOARD MEETING HIGHLIGHTS

Board of Trustees

December 5, 2007 BOT Meeting Highlights           

• Took action to initiate monetary fines against five property owners who have outstanding architectural violations

• Concurred with the recommendation of management to move forward with the purchase and installation of pool cover for the pools.  The cost will be offset by an increase in the community center rental fees.   

• Approved the 2008 board of trustees meeting schedule.

• Reviewed an email and heard comments from a resident concerning the editorial guidelines for the KROC magazine, the Kingstonian.

• Discussed and set a date for the annual board planning session in early 2008.

• Reviewed and discussed issues related to personnel matters and policy governance.

The next board meeting will be held on January 2, 2008
