REVIEW OF MINUTES

Motion to accept the minutes for the March ARC meeting.  The motion carried unanimously.


DEFERRED APPLICATIONS 

07-026                         Patio 

Motion to approve the application for a patio with the submission of the engineering study.  The approval is contingent that the excavation not negatively affects the drainage to neighboring properties and common ground and that only neutral natural colored stones, rocks, bricks or pavers are used.  The motion carried unanimously.

Motion to approve the application for the patio with landscaping.  The approval is contingent that the excavation not negatively affects the drainage to neighboring properties and common ground and that only neutral natural colored stones, rocks, bricks or pavers are used.  The motion carried unanimously.

Motion to approve the application for the landscaping with the condition the excavation not negatively affects the drainage to neighboring properties.  The motion carried unanimously.

Motion to approve the application for the awning.  The motion carried unanimously.

Motion to approve the application for the temporary greenhouse with the condition that it be located under the deck and remains a seasonal fixture rather than a permanent fixture.  The motion carried unanimously.

Motion to approve the application for the replacement light fixtures.  The motion carried unanimously.

Motion to approve the application for the shed.  The motion carried unanimously.

Motion to approve the application for the driveway extension.  It was suggested that the 24-inch extension be split between both sides of the driveway to prevent the extension from encroaching on the neighboring property.   The motion carried unanimously.

Motion to approve the application to replace the windows with the condition that the trim match the color of the existing trim.  The motion carried unanimously.

Motion to approve the application for house numbers.  The motion carried unanimously.

Motion to approve the application for the color change.  The motion carried with one abstaining vote.

Motion to approve the application for the garage door.  The motion carried unanimously.

Motion to defer the application for the color change.  The committee would like the homeowner to consider a lighter shade more in keeping with the muted colors in the neighborhood. The motion carried unanimously.
