Private One-on One Pilates with Pat Backe
Private one-on-one Pilates classes are available at the South Center Aerobics Room with Pat Backe. To register, contact either fitness center.
Fitness Center Orientations Fitness center orientations are being offered now! Please make an appointment with the director of recreation services, fitness director or front desk supervisor. You don't have to be a new resident of Kingstowne to receive an orientation.

Registration and Cancellation Policies Please note the Kingstowne Fitness and Activities Staff reserves the right to cancel any program or class due to lack of registration. Once a session begins, refunds will not be given. To help ensure that all classes and activites will take place, please register at least two week in advance. Activites posted are subject to change.
Fitness Center/Aerobics Studio Cleanliness & Hygiene Tips
1. Wipe down your equipment BEFORE and AFTER use.
2. Wash your hands BEFORE and AFTER using the equipment.
3. Wipe down exercise mats or better yet, bring your own.
4. Bring your own bottled water rather than use the communal water fountain.
5. Do not wear perfume or cologne - this can cause difficulty breathing for some people. |
