ARC Review Application & Checksheets

The Board of Trustees and the Architectural Review Committee ("ARC") have developed standards for many commonly requested architectural modifications. These standards provide a precise description for a specific modification which, if followed, will enable Kingstowne's management staff to approve the application without review by the ARC.

STEP 1.

ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST INCLUDE A COMPLETE ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW APPLICATION.
Your application will be considered incomplete without one.

IF YOUR MODIFICATION IS LISTED BELOW, PLEASE COMPLETE THE CORRESPONDING
CHECKSHEET AND SUBMIT IT WITH YOUR ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW APPLICATION.
