ASSESSMENT & BILLING INFORMATION
All assessment fees are handled by SFMC, Inc. They will provide new homeowners with coupon books for payments or you can sign up for direct debit. Online payments can be made by credit/debit card (fee involved) or e-Check (free) via https://propertypay.cit.com. You can also use your bank’s online bill pay service. Any questions regarding your assessment fees should be directed to SFMC, Inc. at (703) 392-6006.
REFINANCING & RESALE DISCLOSURE PACKET REQUESTS
If you are selling your home in Kingstowne, Virginia state law requires that you obtain and present the buyer a Resale Disclosure Packet. This information must be given to the buyer in advance of closing and the buyer has the right to cancel the contract within three days after receiving the resale disclosure packet.

Insurance Declaration/Master Policy
Owners needing KROC's Certificate of Insurance (COI) for their lenders can submit requests by emailing COI@sahouri.com with the following information:
- Community association name
- Owner name
- Property address
- Loan number
- Mortgage company name
- Mortgage company address
- Any special wording required
If the information you provide is complete, the certificate will be issued within 48 business hours of receipt. If you need assistance, please reach out to Koni Drummond with Sahouri Insurance at 703-883-0500.

Residents can find association documents by logging in to TownSq. Documents listed include meeting agendas, meeting minutes, governing documents, and architectural applications.
Regular trash and recycling services are provided to all townhouse, duplex and single-family properties. Republic Services traditionally provides service on every holiday except Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day (depending on the resident’s pickup day). For condominiums and apartments, please refer to your management company for trash information.
