2012 Kingstowne Paving Project

Each year a portion of yuor assessment dollars is set aside to repair or reseal the raods throughout Kingstowne.  The 2012 asphalt and concrete repair work will begin this spring.  Important information will be sent to affected residents stating specific repair dates and any special instructions.

Affected Neighborhoods
Below is a list of neighborhoods planned for repairs in 2012:

Amherst Village - (Alderman Drive, Darden Row)
Ashleigh - (Ashleigh Manor Court, Bentley Mill Place, Chesley Search Way, Darby Towne Court)
Breighton - (Dunwich Way, Frost Lake Lane, Thurlton Drive, Wendron Way)
Canterbury - (Castlefin Way, Dunstable Lane)
Carlisle - (Horgan Court, Jesmond Street, Kiernan Court, McKenna Way, Ordsall Street, Sandyford Street, Scottswood Court, Scottswood Street, Waldo Court, Waldo Drive)
Coventry - (Jowett Court)
Devonshire - (Caleb Court)
Kenwood Forest - (Lavenham Landing, Windham Hill Run)
Newcastle - (Ballycastle Circle, Dunman Way, Warren Point Court)
Nottingham - (Cross Gate Lane, Good Lion Court)
Wiltshire - (Littlethorpe Lane, Taliaferro Way)
Windermere - (Bibbings Way, Braeleigh Lane, Cadbury Row, Collins Meade Way, Wrenleigh Row)

Change in Towing Policy
During the scheduled repairs in your neighborhood, you will be asked to move your vehicle to a specific alternative parking area.  In previous years, unmoved vehicles were relocated to a nearby Kingstowne community center parking lot.  However, beginning in 2012, all vehicles that require towing will be charged and owners will be required to pick up their vehicle at the towing company's lot.
